Sony Pictures have released another trailer for the upcoming Bond film ‘Skyfall’.
While it comes from the same producers as Quantum of Solace (and Casino Royal, Die Another Day, The World Is Not Enough, Tomorrow Never Dies and GoldenEye), direction comes from Bond newb Sam Mendes. Mendes has brought us such award winning cinematic feats as American Beauty, which earned him an Academy Award for direction, along with 7 other awards on the night not to mention several Golden Globes, BAFTAs and various other honours across the film world.
Hopefully Mendes’ influence will give the film a darker feel, less gimmick and more grit.
