The band’s self titled debut album was the fastest selling Irish album of 2008, entering the charts at number 1 and spending five weeks there upon its release last August. Their first three singles were top 10 hits with their biggest single, The Man Who Can’t Be Moved, featuring in the US drama Ghost Whisperer. They ended an amazing 2008 playing to a sold out Georges Market in Belfast followed by two sold out Olympia Theatre shows.

2009 has seen the bands stock soar even higher winning best Irish band and Best Irish album at the Meteor Awards and this year will see them share the stage with the likes of U2, Take That and Paul McCartney. Their performance at Oxegen ’09 and their upcoming Irish tour this Autumn confirm them as one of Ireland’s hottest musical exports.
