The 2UIBestow Sessions will be held on the first Thursday of every month in Boyles Pub, Slane and will play host to some up and coming Irish artists. According to host Peter “The aim of ‘The 2UIBestow Sessions is to create a night showcasing the best of music in Ireland covering a variety of genres”. Peter, originally from Finglas and now living in Ashbourne, is a dedicated fan of Irish music and writes his own blog entitled 2UIBestow (presumably and fittingly after Mundy’s hit single!) not to mention his full time job as a teacher! According to his blog “Music was everywhere in my life. I now want to write about it and share the songs that brighten up my world”.

He has somehow managed to find the time to expand his talents from the world of blogging and is launching the 2UIBestow sessions in one of Meath’s fastest growing live music venues. We asked him to give us a sneak peak at who we can look forward to as the sessions go live on June 4th. We can confirm that playing on the night will be Kells band Ham Sandwich, Kiernan McMullan, Navan singer / songwriter Ruairi Coogan and Star Crossed Enemies. The best part is admission is free.

Keep and eye out on Peter’s blog www.2uibestow.blogspot.com for all the latest information and, as usual, we’ll be keeping you posted as well.

We’d like to wish the 2UIBestow Session the very best of luck on the launch night!
