Kris Kristofferson adds third Olympia date in aid of I.S.P.C.C.

Musical legend and all round cool guy Kris Kristofferson has added a third date to his upcoming Dublin Olympia shows. Ticket sales from Friday 13^th August will go entirely to the ISPCC and will go on sale Tuesday 27^th July at 9am.

Kris Kristofferson’s upcoming Irish tour is selling fast with Derry and Belfast dates now sold out. Kris returns to his spiritual Dublin home -  The Olympia Theatre for two shows on the 11^th and 12^th August with 3^rd date of Friday 13^th now added. His latest album ‘Closer to the Bone’ includes a bonus CD Live at The Olympia Theatre recorded in 2008. The Live CD is dedicated to Maureen Grant, the Olympia’s famous bar manager who Kris said “has been curing and creating hangovers for me since I started coming to Dublin”.

The Olympia CD has captured the simple, honest magic of his current solo live show. Classics like Sunday Morning Coming Down and For the Good Times take on a whole new meaning when you hear them coming from the man who wrote and lived the words.

Tickets for Dublin from €35 and for all other dates from €48.50 including booking fee are on sale now.
