One of our favourite venues in Dublin city, Iveagh Gardens, is back with another summer series of gigs. The Iveagh Gardens is Dublin City’s hidden treasure – a beautifully designed public park tucked in between the busy Harcourt Street thoroughfare and the National Concert Hall. Here’s an outline of what’s to come:
Christy Moore has confirmed a very special outdoor concert at Iveagh Gardens, where he will be joined onstage by Máirtín O’Connor, Seamie O’Dowd, Jim Higgins and Cathal Hayden. All tickets are standing.

Little Green Cars
The Dublin band enjoyed great success this year with their no #1 debut album Absolute Zero on Glassnote Records and a completely sold out run of Irish dates. The band released three singles, The John Wayne, Harper Lee & My Love Took Me Down to the River to Silence Me to great acclaim. They performed at American festivals Coachella and Lollapalooza.

Birdy’s self-titled, UK gold-certified debut album shot straight to #1 in Australia, Belgium, Holland and France upon its release in 2011 and debuted in the Official Top 20 in the UK. The album featured her unique interpretations of songs by much-loved artists of the singer such as Bon Iver, Cherry Ghost, Phoenix, The National and The xx. The album also featured one of Birdy’s self-penned songs ‘Without A Word’.
