After much anticipation over a possible Arrested Development movie, filming has just begun on a brand new season. Six years after the Bluths celebrated their victory in Iraq, season 4 will (hopefully) be hitting our screens in 2013. Star Jason Batemen (Michael Bluth) tweeted a number of pictures while on set (see below), as they prepared to begin shooting. You can follow Jason Bateman on Twitter here.
Finally, Bateman et al’s state of arrested development is over (hey, that’s the name of the show). The most recent image tweeted (see bottom) shows the first day of filming and tells us very little about the direction the show is taking. Rumour has it Netflix will have the exclusive license for new episodes. Season 4 will have 10 episodes, all to be released on the same day, in early 2013.
