Davina Devine, Dublin’s infamous ‘Party Girl’, will give fans a unique sneak peek into her world of drag with a special screening of a fly on the wall documentary entitled ‘Davina Defined’. The documentary follows the day to day life of the 6ft Glamazon as she celebrates her tenth ‘tranniversary’ The special screening takes place on Thursday, 26 July in The George Bar and Nightclub.
Barbie personified, the ‘She-j-DJ’ will offer fans an hilarious look into the life of one of Dublin’s premier drag artists as she is joined by her drag sisterhood as they help her celebrate her tenth ‘tranniversary’. Expect glamour, makeup, high-hair, high heels, minor Irish celebrity guest appearances, a live performance and more.
Performance artist, model and glamorous hostess all rolled into one DD sized package, Davina has appeared on TV shows and various advertising campaigns. She has been part of The George family for the past decade, and sees the bar as her second home.
The pilot screening of ‘Davina Defined’ takes place on Thursday, 26 July at 11.30pm in The George Bar and Nightclub. Davina will host the screening and free popcorn will be served. ‘Davina Defined’ is produced by Pigeonholed Creative and is directed by Christian Kraig.
