Theatre company Come as Soon as You Hear’s play is described as light-hearted, coming of age story about a boy whose fish dies. It is also a play about grieving, which may sound flippant when coupled with goldfish, but resonates with anybody who has ever had to bury Flounder in their back garden (me). With a set that includes twenty live goldfish (in bowls, thank goodness) suspended from the ceiling of the New Theatre, this is a play worth checking out for the visuals alone.
